Lumsden grinding is the removal of material using a grinding machine. By doing it this way, higher rates of material are removed. Compared to other ways of grinding, larger areas can be machined without leaving lines.

Finish Surface Grinding
The most common products that requires surface grinding is pressed components, base plates, press tools, blades and washers. Our surface grinding capacity is up to 3m in length. We can hold a tolerance up to 0.001'

CNC Milling
We offer an in house CNC milling service, where we can provide large stock removal of excess material from items prior to finish grinding. This is especially useful in high volume items, where price and delivery is key.
